Socks! Unfortunately we can’t allow shoes as it will damage the mats and equipment. If you forget to bring socks with you, you can purchase a pair for $2 (And they are super comfy!)

We are so excited for you to have a party with us! Yay! To book a party you simply need to fill out the Quick form on our website and one of our managers will be in contact with you!

We have different birthday themes available, but if you have something special in mind you’re more than welcome to bring your decorations and our team members will gladly assist in setting them up for you.

Absolutely, it’s a party after all! Please note we charge a $50 fee for outside food and drinks, and all food and drinks must stay in the party room. No food and drinks are allowed in the play area.

Any kid can find something fun to do at our playground, but we are generally right for children 10 and under. We have a dedicated toddler area, a climbing wall for the adventurous ones, and a two-level playground for active ones! 

Kids 2-10 years old general admission is $20

Kids 0-2 years old & 11+ years old will be charged $10

We get it, life happens! We will happily reschedule your event to another available day, free of charge!

However, if you’d like to cancel the party, the initial deposit is non-refundable if less than 14 days prior to the event (if you cancel 14+ days before the event we refund 100% of your deposit, other than for events that have been previously rescheduled)

You can buy a ticket online here or in our facility. We do recommend you review and sign a liability waiver ahead of time to make your experience as smooth as possible. 

Everyone who’s planning to visit us needs to sign a liability waiver for themselves and the minor(s) they will be escorting. To sign a waiver you must be 18 years or older; for chaperones under 18 years old, the waiver needs to be signed by a parent or a legal guardian.
